On Monday April 28th, the project conducted the final Readiness Review at the Faculty of Engineering, Univ. of Porto. The entire team taking part in the experiment, from the various institutions was present either in-person or over Skype. Each subsystem in the project (UAVs, AUVs, Tags, all parts of the software system) were discussed. The overall assessment was that the project was ready with a few minor areas of concern. Corrective action associated with those elements which need some work are in progress and the team is getting ready for next week's start of the experiment.

Team members Joao Fortuna and Ricardo Gomes are (as of Tuesday) in Olhão as is the autonomous surface vehicle WaveGlider from Liquid Robotics. Satellite connections to the research vessel Diplodus (courtesy of  Marine Technologies) has also been installed and will be tested by Fortuna and Gomes.
